why was my photo rejected. instead of being sent

i tried to send my parents wedding photo to a cousin, but it was rejected.
saying it maybe harmful?. i dont think my parents would like that. so can you
help me please thank you. whiterain.
 
Its probably the recipients setting.
i.e. their mail app is not allowing access to the attachments
They would need to use help in whatever email app they are using in order to
allow the download of the attachment.

or are you saying you cannot attach the file/photo to a mail?
