Why some outgoing E-Mails go to "Date: NONE" area in OUTBOX?

About 50% of the time when I click SEND on an Outlook message, and then I
click SEND & RECEIVE, it doesn't go out. When I check the OUTGOING MAILBOX,
it appears under a category marked "DATE: NONE" instead of "DATE: TODAY" and
it will not go out no matter what I do. I have to create an entirely
different message and send the new message and delete the old one.

Does anyone know what this "DATE: NONE" box is and how to prevent my
outgoing messages from going into that area instead of "DATE:TODAY" and being
mailed properly? It's extremely frustrating and it's happening at least 50%
of the time. I did a "DETECT & REPAIR" on Outlook, but it still remaisn a
problem.

Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated,

Thank you for your prompt reply, as this is driving my insane! First, I am
running

Outlook 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2

As for Google or MSN, not to my knowledge about the searching of e-mail. I
checked my add & remove applications screen, and there is a Google Desktop To
Do Add-on, but I don't know what that has to do with e-mail. Should I remove
it? Also, I'm running an add-on for Outlook from Incredimail that adds
sounds and images to my outgoing e-mail. Does that have a known problem
history? Thanks,
