Why slipstreaming can be a bad thing

My only Windows 2000 Server I have is slipstreamed with SP1. So I have this
issue. Furthermore just the first of what causes the symptom is really all
that is necessary. For I experience this often and I do NOT uses the
management console to Administer the FrontPage Server Extensions. In fact
what can be done there that substantially means anything? Finally SP1 IS in
SP4. At least that is what Microsoft says. So if you have the issue
slipstreamed with SP1 you'll have the issue with any Service Pack
slipstreamed in Windows 2000.

SP1 may indeed be a part of SP4 but SP4 supercedes SP1 therefore what caused the problem may
be corrected.

Hmmm... Maybe but it would be nice to see some documentation on it either
way??? It is just as likely the issue was never addressed.
