Why "save changes" every time I open a Doc?

I have a couple documents that when I open and close, it
will ALWAYS ask me to 'save changes'. Even when I
haven't made any.

There aren't any macros or fields in these documents (as
far as I know). They should just be plain, formatted
text.

Any idea why it always prompts to save?
