why not auto DST?

The article doesn't mean much to me, because I do all my coding in GW-BASIC,
but I'll take your word for it.
 
It's available via automatic updates as of Feb 13 patch Tuesday.

| Why isn't MS pushing the DST update on their automatic updates?

I understand from other posts that the DST is now automatic... Sorry.
