why my widows 2k cd dosent boot from bios automaticly?

settings in bios are right first boot device is cd rom
but still widows2k dosent boot from dos :((
 
If a boot sector already exists on the fixed disk then a key stroke at post
may be required to boot from CD-Rom. Look for the message at post.
