Why is there an extra blank page that comes out of my HP 4M with every page
printed. If I print a 4 page document, 4 blank pages come out, one blank
right after every page. This only happens when I ask to print from my Vista
machine, my printer is plugged into my network and is controlled by an XP
machine. When I print from my portable (XP) or my other computer (another XP)
everything is OK, but with my new Vista computer, blanks always come out.
Please respond, I am tires of putting the sheets back in.

Thanks

Check that the paper sizes are consistent between the documents you are
printing and the printer defaults. This problem will happen for example if
you print a LETTER-sized document to an printer configured for A4 (as A4 is
slightly smaller than LETTER).

I had an HP4M and remember that problem... just not the solution!

I doubt think the paper size is the solution. Call HP if you can reach them!

I think it's related to the driver used and the data format (RAW). Sorry I
cant seem to recall the solution. My 4M is retired and boken down... :(

best printer I ever had...

By the way, would you be interested in the Postscript SIMM for it?
