Why is the microsoft exchange server unavailabe to outlook if my .

For some reason my computer is saying that the microsoft exchange server is
unavailable when I try to use outlook. I can connect to my network and
internet without a problem. I also dont have a problem using outlook on other
machines on the network. What is causing this to happen on this one machine?
 
The Exchange server uses machine names to allow access, if the systems is XP
or 2000 try removing the system from the domain and regerister it. If its a
Windows 98 system make sure that the Microsoft Networking is pointing to the
domain and not a workgroup.
