Why is OUTLOOK.EXE still running and using 152 mb of memory even after I
exit the program? I'm using Outlook 2003 SP1.

Thanks,
Edward Lee

Because you have a 3rd party application holding it open. (e.g. ActiveSync,
WinFax, poorly written addins, Microsoft Word, .etc can keep Outlook
resident.)

Thanks for the info. I've got Tablet Enhancements for Outlook 2.0 and
Franklin Covey Plan Plus 3.0 installed. I've got Franklin Covey Plan Plus
installed. I don't see a fix on their website. I've emailed their support
dept.

Thanks,
Edward Lee
