Why is my picture not responding in my Word document?

I have 3 pictures in my word document that I can resize and select freely,
but for some reason I cannot touch one of them. I cannot even select it to
delete it. I am at a loss for what to do. I need to resize it for a company
newsletter, ASAP.
Please help!! Any advise could be helpful.

Okay, I'll bite... in your little world, what are the
differences among "select freely" and "touch" and "even select"?

No, she has three that she can work with and one that she cannot. Probably
because it's inline rather than wrapped.
