I am on a network with a server. There are 5 computers hooked up and 3 of
them to e-mail accounts that is hosted by Homestead. We have 15GB of memory
with our e-mail accounts - one is used extensively, mine is second in use and
the 3rd is rarely used. The account that is used the most has never got a
message stating your mailbox is full. My account is completely clean all
sent/deleted items/junk mail/in box is all deleted and deleted for good. I
get this message daily. I am not sure what to do as my customers call me and
tell me my mailbox is full and they are unable to send the file.

Have you look in wich folder you have items, which takes too much space?
Select mainfolder (Mailbox-your name) -> File -> Folder -> Properties ->
Folder size button -> now you can see, which folders items are

Another thing you can try is going to your Deleted items folder, go to TOOLS
then RECOVER DELETED ITEMS a small box will pop up, there is an icon that
lookc like it has a lot of smal dots on it, when you click on that, it will
highlight all of the deleted items ans then click the X, it wil deleted all
of your items in the deleted items recovery. So you see, when you delete an
ite, it really doesn't dissappear (good for those accidental mishaps) but I
DO go in there and clean it out about once a week or so.
give cleaning that section out, a try and see how much that clears up for
you. If not, I'll see what other options there are.
