why is my junk mail not being filtered

I had dsl installed July15. Since then, all my junk email is going into my
inbox. I had dialup previously & had no problem with it going to junk. My
son reset it on high & it still goes into my inbox. Does anyone have an idea
of what's going on? Thank you,

You didn't say what filter YOU are using. If you are using the filter
that is built in Microsoft Outlook (a guess, because of all mail
software it is the product that is closest related to Microsoft Word),
you should ask in over here on
