why is my FROM field blank? when sending email

I entered my pop info and yet the setup fails on validating my email
addresses(yahoo) - YET all addresses entered GET the test email. Its sounds
as if something is wrong with my setup or with OUtlook.

What's in the E-mail Address field of your account properties? WHat type of
account? What version of Outlook? Is it a paid Yahoo! account or a free
one?
