Why is IE not launching correctly

Here is a message I get when I launch IE when moving
between office and home.This is what is in the browser
window at the top left of the screen.

The word 'here' is a link that then launches IE to my
home page of MSN. I have tried clearing the cash and
cookies, however, this does not seem to solve the
problem. It is not that big a deal to have to click on
it, but I don't know why it is doing this in the first
place. Once I click on it, then the rest of the day it is
OK. But when I go home and log onto that network, it
happens again the first time I try to launch IE.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
