Why I received this message :program is trying to access e-mail ..

Each time a would send an e-mail, a little box appears with this message: A
program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in outlook. Do
you want to allow this?

What I'm I supposed to do? Select No each time?
 
Select yes. This an Outlook security feature that prevents someone from
using your email account to send out messages without your authorization.
You can set a large period of time if you are going to be doing this
frequently
