Lately, I just buy a Microsoft Word 2007 in Vista and I do my job with it.
However, when I take to my working place, the file cannot be use in Microsoft
Word 2003 (Window XP). Any ideas to convent the file from Microsoft Word 2007
to Microsoft Word 2003.

You can do either of two things:

- In Word 2007, save the document in Word 2003 format. In the Office
button menu, hover over the Save As item to get the submenu, and
choose "Word 97-2003 Document".

- On the computer with Word 2003, download and install the
Compatibility Pack from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466.
After installing this software, Word 2003 will be able to open and
edit documents in Word 2007 format.

Though if it is a company owned computer discuss the second option with IT
support before going ahead or you could find yourself without a job!

You can also change the default save in Word 2007 to save all documents in
Word 2003 format. That way you won't have issues when you attempt to email
or share documents with anyone not in the new version yet. It also saves you
from having to remember to change the format every time you save.

You can do that, but as the new document format is one of the best parts of
Word 2007, you wouldn't want to do that unless the majority of your work was
for exchange with Word 2003.
