why i cant see the network when i m not administrator

hello
when i m administrator to the lan network
(peer to peer tcp/ip network)
i see all the computers

when i m a simple user i can not see noboby else except the workstation that i work

tnanks
 
You don't have administrator rights to those other machines. Either create
shares and give yourself permissions to see them or make yourself a local
admin on each machine.

I know the first one works, not sure on the second.
