LOCAL AREA NETWORK- Not Connecting

Hi all,
We have got 10 computers connected through Network switches (hubs) all
having different Operating systems (Windows 98, Win 2000, 2003, XP etc) (Kind
of Peer To Peer..???). The LAN doesn't have a Internet Connection.

Now since (few days back) one of the Computers has been taken off the
Network, My PC ( with WindowsXp SP2) is not connecting to any of the
computers/ printers on the network.

When I try to connect to LAN I get a "limited or no connectivity message on
the desktop." After running repair I get a dialog box stating "Contact ur
network ADministrator....Cant renew IP address " or something like that..
:-(.
The IP Address is Set to AUtomatic, No Domains.

I have to Access Printers and other Information stored on other PC on the
Network

I have tried removing and reinstalling the Network Card, recreating the
Network through Network setup WIzard, Checked the LAN cable, SWITCHEs,
(Turned on and Off quite a few times) but to no Avail.

I will be grateful for any help

Thanx all.

Since you setup obtain IP automatically, do you have DHCP server? I would check the DHCP first.
