why i cannt install or uninstall any software even i m not using any freezer,,,

hi

since 2 days i m facing this problem,,,,,,,,

whenever i have tried to install or uninstall any software from pc
,,,,its happening properly but after restart i can view all things as
it is ,,,,,,,,,,,,

means pc working like freezer softy even i dont have any such kind of
thing on pc
and 3 month ago i have formated pc ,,,everything was fine but since 2
day i m facing this problem

i have tried to change password even i got messege u r password changed
successfuly ,,but still its possible to log in with old password

i deleted 10 movies from pc but after next restart all movies i saw in
respective partitions,,,,,,

means i cannt make any change in pc ,,neither install nor
uninstall,,,,,,,becoz after every restart pc going back to old point
with some fixed softys and games

i have scanned pc with trendmirco,,,,online panda,,,,,,,online bit
defender,,,,
all scans were normal

i have zone alarm pro,,,spybot ,,adware,,,,,,all r good arsenals,,,,,,

help me plss

Click the start button and then click run.
Type in msconfig and then click OK.
On the System Configuration Window, click the Setup tab.
Look at the list under Startup Item.

What you can try is to uncheck one of the items at a time, and rebooting to
see if this problem goes away.
