Why I can not change my home page..

Every time I open Internet Explorer appears : Home Search with the following address: res://lejpn.dll/index.html#96676
I have try to from everywhere it´s posible in the computer and nothing happen,the page amensioned before is always there,no possible to change it.

You have been hijacked. You need to use a virus program to ferret it
out.

I really wonder why someone would do such a thing. After all who is
going to buy from someone who hijacks their machine.

I agree that your home page has been hijacked. However, you may need an
anti-spy program, not an anti-virus program. Assuming that you salready
have anti-virus (If not GET ONE ASAP), get a free copy of Spybot Search &
Destroy. After installation, use the update feature. Also press the
"imunize" button. Then, run it.
