Altered start-up page

I was surfing the internet and somehow my startup home
page was changed to res://sbsqt.dll/index.html#96676. I
have attempted to change the homepage via internet
options to its regular home page, but it keeps reverting
back to that page. Any ideas?

You've got some Ad Ware running that changes your home
page. Two shareware programs can keep them out AdAware
and Spybot. They'll fix your problem and keep your
computer safe. This isn't an ad. I really believe in both
of them.

I downloaded spybot and used it several times, but the
problem is still there...any ideas?
