Why host a website on the Windows platform?

Okay, don't get excited about the obvious. I need some selling help and I'm
looking for your referral to a document or two that explains why hosting on
the Windows platform is an advantage to business persons who have never had
a website before.

This sounds like a question to ask in microsoft.public.inetserver.iis or you
could google for
iis vs apache
