Web Development on Vista?

Who knows how many websites Vista will suport and if more than one website
which versions of Vista will or will not support multiple websites? I sure
would like to read some blog(s) about this topic or even "official"
documentation.

Well, hopefully, you won't cuss the entire NG out and call everyone in
this NG
a**-holes, because you can't post to the correct NG like an IIS NG to get a
possible answer. You might not get an answer here either, other than,
the one suggestion you did get in that Vista NG that you cussed out,
acting like a sick dog foaming about the mouth.

// this video is for all of you @ssholes who have been so "helpful"

And I'm still trying to learn how many websites Vista will support on a
single machine being used for web development.

You show no respect in at least two NG(s). I hope you never get any help in
this NG or any other dotnet NG, due to this post. There is something wrong
with you. I am sure you saw the lunacy you attracted in that Vista NG that
you instigated due to your crazy posts.

Thanks Kevin. I have been and was using iis.net and there's dozens of
articles there as well as all oever the place. I was also using the site:
filter to search iis.net to no avail. Eventually somebody finds a menu item
with the right terms which leads to the right information which is why it
often has to come from the newsgroups which is why I asked.

Before hearing from you and observing you have referred to the ideal
document I eventually followed some leads to an member if the IIS7
development team who confirmed earlier this afternoon Enterprise edition has
no apparent limits on the number of websites which maybe created with Vista.
He repeated with Home Edition confirming the same while reminding there
would be considerations such as lack of support for application development
which requires integrated authentication.

Hi Clinton,

Yes, I have often been discouraged by structure and style of Microsoft
documentation. However, I've been working with it for so many years that
I've gotten pretty good at finding out what I need! The MSDN library is
probably the best that they have overall, but searching has always been a
problem. Again, practice makes perfect. And I've learned to use Google to
search the Microsoft web sites as well.
