Why don't my rules in Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server work?

Before switching to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, I had rules set up in
Outlook. Now that I have upgraded to Outlook 2003 and to Exchange, the rules
don't run automatically. I can manually run them, but then I have to check
them all, and it's a hassle. Why don't they run automatically?

if they keep unchecking it means they are broken and you need to fix them.
You can remove one, rebuild it and see if it works before removing the
others - or export them, remove all of the rules and rebuild one to see if
it works.
