Why don't I have a services option under tools for outlook 2000?

If you have Tools > Accounts = Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode
(only supports POP/IMAP/SMTP)
If you have Tools > Services = Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode
(supports POP/SMTP/Exchange)
