Are you using your number pad without the num lock turned on? Also press
your alt, ctrl, windows keys repeatedly in case one is stuck (might want to
try this on your arrow keys as well).
I'm having the same problem. The cursor seems to suddely go to where the
I-bar is. I wish there was a way I could be notified whenever you receive a
response to your question as I'd really like to know the answer too.
