Why does outlook zip jpg attachments automatically?

Outlook keeps zipping up jpg attachments (not small ones). It confuses some
recipients and naturally is unable to compress them much more. How can I stop
this? I have not installed anything and can not find any options.
 
Outlook will not do this.
You have installed an add-in that does.
Only you can tell us which one.
 
QuickViewPlus has such an option to compress attachments greater than certain
size.
