Why does Outlook keep receiving only same email with attachment?

I was sent an email on Friday with an attachment of about 7mb. Since then
every time I hit send/receive it says receiving 1 of 18 but only receives the
message I have already received (with the attachment). I am using outlook
2003 and a dial up connection. Receiving this message over dial up takes
about 20-30 min. and the other emails continue to pile up.

Sounds like the download didn't complete completely - not surprising on
dialup with a largeish attachment. Try going to your ISP/host's webmail site
(or www.mail2web.com) and delete the offending e-mail there.
