why does outlook keep encountering problems

when i access oulook 2003 i keep getting an error message that outlook has
encountered a problem but when asked to send report it doesnt create a
report. also quite freq i get thrown out and my pc retsarts automatically
when in outlook. help
 
The symptoms that you describe, indicate to me that you should clean your
system of viresus and malware. Run your andtivirus scan and then download,
