Why does Outlook have both SPAM and Junk Mail files?

Outlook sends some incoming mail to the Junk Mail file and some to Spam
Killer. Since I have security fairly tight, I have to check both every day to
rescue non-junk messages. I removed Spam Killer and it was reinstalled with
the next batch of messages. Are both files necessary? What is the difference?

How can I change the filter so that all suspect mail goes into one file?

Spam Killer is not part of Outlook. It is third party software that's highly
rated. Use Add/remove in control panel if you want to uninstall it.

SpamKiller is not listed in the control panel Add/Remove programs. BUT I
discovered a way to disable it in the Outlook SpamKiller menu.

Thanks!

SpamKiller is part of my McAfee security.
