Why does my email reject all mail from one specific address?

I used to receive email messages from my folks, and now none of their email
gets through. Does anyone know what would cause this? I have tried
requesting a delivery receipt and also a read confirmation, and these come
back, but no replies.

Lots of possibilities. Likely a security issue, any chance they now
have a virus?

Sorry. This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears
your question is not related to that database. The Microsoft help system is
not all that clear and may have misdirected you here. You are much more
likely to find someone with the answer if you post your question to a
newsgroup devoted to your subject.
