why does attachment icon appear since i added stationery?

Since I added one of OUtlook's stationery options, my emails to others always
show an attachment symbol (when there isn't an attachment to the message).
How can I stop this from happening?

It's up to the client of the recipient whether or not embedded images/files
are exposed as attachments or not. You cannot control this.
