Why do the shortcuts not work?

I have Microsoft Works Word Processor and Microsoft Office Word 2003.
Despite searching "Help" numerous times, the shortcuts described don't always
work. I have used the "indent" and "hanging indent" shortcuts for years (the
same ones described in "Help"). The "indent" works, but the "hanging indent"
shortcut doesn't. Also, they don't reverse as they are supposed to. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be better off asking your questions in newsgroups related to the
products in question.
