Why do recipients receive my forwards NUMEROUS times - only hit ..

I've had numerous complaints from friends who are receiving videos and other
forwards 9-10 times. I only hit send one time and then delete the email.

What version of Outlook do you have? Could you turn on diagnostic logging
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and
post the OPMLog.log file (preferably as an attachment) after you send one of
these large messages?

my message is not large, only 3 short sentences. My recipient list is
large, probably over 300 people.

If you have anti-virus software that scans your outgoing mail, turn off
that scan. It is often implicated in multiple sends of a single email
message.
