I did not call, I emailed. I explained in the email that I was entitled
to the disks and that I wanted them sent soonest. I had a reply within
24 hours and the disks arrived within 2 business days.

I have come to the tentative conclusion that Dell is very customer
service oriented, if only one knows how to ask properly.
