Why do my email picture attachments show as an 'X'

Hi

When I received emails with picture attachments in Outlook, where the
picture is suppose to be I have writing but the boxes contain a little red x
where the picture is suppose to be. How can I rectify this.

I am using XP

Hello, I had the same problem in my computer.

You must eliminate the folder OLK that uses Outlook to keep temporary
archives:
"Drive:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\<OLKXX>"
Then it reinitiates the Outlook session
Windows created a new folder OLK
