Why do I still see XP Home Features after upgrading to XP Professi

I upgraded from XP Home to XP Professional. However, I still see the XP Home
Features. I cannot turn on the extra security features like CTRL ATL DEL,
which is the most important for us now. Any ideas without having to do a
complete reinstall?

Exactly what features?
What are you trying to do?
"CTRL ATL DEL"? That is older than Windows XP.
What Windows XP Home feature do you see that is not in Pro? There is
nothing in Home that is also not in Pro.

It's not only turning on CTRL, ATL, DEL; but say I want to use the advance
features of sharing security. XP Home edition, you have to select Allow
network users to change files, whereas with XP Pro; you can choose read,
write, or full control. I do not see these options, though I have upgraded
to XP Pro
