Why do I receive duplicates (two of each) of all emails?

Using MicroSoft Outlook. Have the regular Inbox for personal email account
and subdirectory for business address... the emails that come to the business
account only are received in duplicate (exact same email received twice for
each)... how do I fix this? Only want to receive one and I do not want to
screw up the Inbox receipts...
 
Are the items delivered to the same POP3 mailbox then moved around by Rules
Wizard?
