Why do I keep receiving the same emails after I have deleted them

I keep receiving hundreds of emails after I have deleted them. I have put
them in junk mail and still repeatedly receive them.
 
Did you just put them into the Junk mail folder or did you also mark the email to be blocked. If you already done that also block the domain as well e.g. mailto:[email protected]. I would block mailto:[email protected] AND @email.com

I did block the email address and I just did block the domain. When I delete
them from the junk mail they immediately start coming back in the junk mail
folder no matter how many times I delete them. I do have one other email
that is not junk mail that I keep deleting and it immediately comes in my
inbox again.

What type of account? What version of Outlook?
