Why do emails come into my in-box and then disappear?

I'm using Outlook 2003. Outlook had been working fine until I added
"Incredimail" to my systerm, and found it taking messages from my Outlook
inbox. I deleted the Incredimail program, but I'm still not receiving emails.
Emails Come into my in-box and then immediately disappear, and I can't find
them to read them.

Please help.
