Why do 2 copies of worksheet open

In Excel 2002, there is one specific worksheet, among
many that I have, that when I open it, 2 copies open up.
One has the number 1 after it and the other number 2. I
have used this worksheet many times before and this has
never happened until just recently nor is it happening
with any of my other worksheets.

Have never seen anything like this in many years of using
Excel so I am very perplexed.
 
Well, not necessarily "deliberately" - it almost always happens to
me by accident, usually when trying to Arrange.
