Why did I not get Access on my Office Small Business Disk?

I bought Office XP and also Small business Disks when I bought my computer
and I have serarched the Three Disks I have and I can not find Access
anywhere on them. I need Access for use with my business and don't know how
to get it with out paying more money for it..
Any help would be appreciated.

Office Professional and Office Premium include Access, but Small Business
Edition does not.

It comes with the Access runtime in order to support some of the SBE tools, but
this is not a version you can use to create Access apps. For that you need to
buy a stand alone Access version.
