Why cant I use mouse scroll button in VBA editor?

Is there any setup to use mouse scroll button in VBA editor or its a bug? It
is so frustrating I can not use scroll button?

I am using Access 2002 and Visual Basic 6.3.

I believe the recent drivers fouled this up. I use freewheel

IntelliMouse versions 3 and 4 still work in VBE too.
