Why can't I type on the spreadsheet?

I cannot type anything on the spread sheet. How do I fix it? I can type on
other things but not on this. Do I have to renew it? And if I do, how do I do
it?
 
The spreadsheet may be protected. Try...

Tools > Protection > Unprotect Sheet
