why can't i see my new page from my site?

I am creating a webpage for a class. When I open the page from any explorer,
my previous pages are actively linked, but the pages I am trying to create
today say the page is not currently available. What's wrong???
 
Have you published the site?

What is "any explorer" - I presume you mean web browser?

What is the URL - is it on a live site? Or is this a college course and
you're publishing to the college's server?

Have you consulted your tutor on the matter? After all, they are supposed to
be teaching you to use the software!
