why can't I get help from xp support people?

I have been asking for help for 2 days now and no windows xp support people
have answered me. Even if its to say "I don't know" would help.

Don't expect an answer from here - these are public newsgroups hosted by
Microsoft; NOT XP help and support.

As Jerry stated, this is a public newsgroup which means we are all just
people like you..none of us are employed by M$. We just visit these groups
to give or get advice.
Anyway, I just answered your post about your 'blue screen freeze'

Hi Jerry - thank you for the response. It says Windows XP help and support
so I assumed I would be getting XP employees. I have seen some threads that
have answers from XP workers. Anyway I will go elsewhere if I can't find
someone to help me. Thanks again.

HI DL - Using the squeaky wheel theory and I thought I would get some XP
workers to help but I guess I was wrong. I will do as some have suggested
and try to find the real XP help center if those don't work. Thanks for the
response though.
