Why Can't I Access Internet Links

I use Windows XP and IE 7 and suddenly one day I was unable to access
internet links that were sent to me thru regular emails to my
Microsoft Outlook. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks.
 
What happens when you try? Any error messages?
