Why cannot I get email from certain senders?

I have tried everything but still cannot get emails from some senders. Mail
does not end up in junk mail. I have made the email of the sender secure. I
just does not show up nor does it show up as undeliverable in the senders box.

How can I resolve this.

If you are the admin, try tracing the mail from the server. If no errors
are given, then I'm pretty sure if you're using some sort of filtering
program, then that is what is eating your e-mail. I suggest that if the
junk filtering program has a reporting feature, you have it show all the
e-mails that is filtered.
