Why can I send but not reply to an address?

If I try to reply to an EMail, it just sits in the outbox. If I cut and paste
the content into a new email, and cut and paste the address from the incoming
EMail, It will send just fine, leaving the reply in the outbox. Anyone have
any ideas? All this cutting and pasting is getting tedious.

Thanks for any help.
 
I had the same problem. I called Bell South Tec support and they helped me
set up my Internet Explorier correctely.
