I can't reply to an email-won't work

I had an email stuck in the outbox--wouldn't send...I think I finally got it
into another folder and out of the outbox-at least it isn't showing in the
outbox. Ever since that happened, I can't reply to an email. I hit reply
and nothing happens--I just get the timer thing and have to log out to do
anything else. Help!
 
The same thing is happening to me. did you ever get it fiexed?
